We start with a no-pressure video call to understand your vision, goals, and space. Whether you’re launching a new Airbnb or want to increase your nightly rate, we’ll listen, offer initial ideas, and determine how we can help. This is where we get aligned—and if we’re a good fit, we move forward to design.
Step 2: Upload Your Floor Plan
Already have a floor plan or real estate listing image? Great—just upload it. If not, no problem. We’ll walk you through how to easily scan your room using your phone (with free tools). This gives us the layout we need to create accurate designs that fit your space perfectly.
Step 3: Complete Our Design Quiz
Tell us what you love—your preferred colors, textures, vibe, and visual inspiration. Our style quiz is fun and visual, and it helps us lock in your ideal aesthetic so your space feels cohesive and true to your brand.
Step 4: Set Your Furniture Budget
We work with a wide range of budgets and will ask you to select what you’re comfortable spending. Whether you want budget-friendly furnishings or a more curated, luxury feel, we’ll tailor the design and sourcing to match your investment level.
Step 5: Review Your Custom Design Plan
We’ll present a full visual design concept including mood boards and layout recommendations. You’ll have a chance to give feedback and request revisions until it feels just right. This is the creative part—no purchases yet, just design direction and vision.
Step 6: Order with Confidence
Once the design is approved, we’ll send you a downloadable spreadsheet with every product listed, including prices, links, and notes. You’ll be able to order everything online, at your pace, with no guesswork.
